“Watercolors have long been a favorite means of expression for me. Like many artists I admire, I paint both in my studio and outdoors. Many of my paintings have been inspired by having lived and traveled throughout the Southwest. I think inspiration is a way to learn and grow in one’s own personal way. My excitement and response towards the subjects I paint are the most vital elements of my watercolor paintings.”
